Video Editor - Demo Vids, Ads, VSLs (Final Cut/Premiere) - remote

Hi, I’m Patrick - the founder of Vidalytics.com - a Video Marketing Platform for entrepreneurs.
I’m looking for a video editor to help me create demo videos, ads and long-form marketing videos. In time we may create Facebook Ads as well.
To start we need to make some changes to existing videos.
HOURS / AMOUNT OF WORK
This will be project-based, but I expect to consistently need a video editor, at least over time. Maybe to start it could be quarter time, then half time and hopefully full time. Although it will ebb and flow between busy times and slower periods to start. I would love to get busy enough that I can be your ONLY client with full-time work.
STYLE
I’m not looking for a ton of razzle dazzle fancy stuff. As we’re direct response marketers. This means we focus on the message and optimize for conversions. I would run a hideously ugly ad if it outperformed better-looking ones. But you can look at our site, Vidalytics.com, to get an idea of what we’re looking for.
YOU MUST KNOW EITHER ONE OF THESE TOOLS:
-Adobe Premiere (strongly preferred)
-Final Cut
BONUS IF YOU KNOW EITHER OF THESE
-After effects or Motion (but we won’t be doing a lot of animation)
-Direct response marketing (if not, we’ll train you)
YOU MUST HAVE THESE SOFT SKILLS:
-Attention to detail
-Fast learner / intelligent
-Accountable - show up when you say you will
-Communication - if you have questions or need anything, I want this info volunteered (I’m not a mind reader)
-Integrity - I need to be able to trust you
-Conversational English or better
