Requirements:
- 4+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of tools like Figma, Wireframe.cc, InVision, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Experience creating or managing style guides, pattern libraries, or UI libraries (e.g. Ant Design) is also considered a strong plus.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, as you’ll be communicating with clients directly.
- Strong organizational skills — ability to work full-time remotely with no supervision
