In TransPerfect DataForce, we are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as native Vietnamese Transcriber / QA.
Vietnamese Transcriber (Người phiên âm Tiếng Việt)
: We are looking for Vietnamese language audio transcribers. The person will be in charge of transcribing short audio clips into text, following the guidelines specified for the project according to the spelling rules of the Vietnamese language.
: Chúng tôi đang tuyển người phiên dịch cho ngôn ngữ Tiếng Việt. Người phiên dịch sẽ phụ trách ghi lại văn bản từ những đoạn ghi âm ngắn, theo hướng dẫn dựa trên quy tắc chính tả của tiếng Việt.
Vietnamese QA (QA Tiếng Việt)
: We are looking for managers to control the quality of Vietnamese transcripts. The main function will be to review audio transcripts and ensure that said transcription complies with the project guidelines and spelling standards. The candidate must have excellent knowledge of the rules of spelling, accentuation, and punctuation.
: Chúng tôi đang tuyển QA để kiểm soát chất lượng của các bản phiên âm tiếng Việt. Nhiệm vụ chính sẽ là xem xét các bản phiên âm và đảm bảo các bản ghi âm đó tuân thủ theo các nguyên tắc và tiêu chuẩn chính tả của dự án. Ứng viên phải có kiến thức vững về các quy tắc chính tả, trọng âm và dấu câu.

Vietnamese Transcriber (Người phiên âm Tiếng Việt)
- Attention to detail (Chú ý đến chi tiết).
- Ability to meet daily productivity goals (Đáp ứng được chỉ tiêu năng suất hằng ngày).
- Ability to research online regarding the correct transcription of certain words (Khả năng nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu về từ ngữ chính xác của phiên âm).
- Have good spelling (Đúng chính tả).
- Teamwork and ability to collaborate on updating shared documents (Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và cộng tác trong việc chia sẻ tài liệu).
- Have a computer and reliable internet connection (Có máy tính và kết nối mạng ổn định).
Vietnamese QA (QA Tiếng Việt)
- Attention to detail (Chú ý đến chi tiết).
- Knowledge of the spelling rules (Có kiến thức về các quy tắc chính tả).
- Ability to perform tasks according to specific instructions (Khả năng thực hiện các công việc dựa trên hướng dẫn cụ thể).
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate on shared documents (Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và cộng tác trong việc chia sẻ tài liệu).
- Have a computer and reliable internet connection (Có máy tính và kết nối mạng ổn định).
Candidates with experience in proofreading in the Vietnamese language or related studies (students or graduates of the Bachelor of Arts, Vietnamese proofreaders, Vietnamese teachers, etc.) will be prioritized.
Hồ sơ có kinh nghiệm hiệu đính văn bản bằng tiếng Việt hoặc các ngành học liên quan (sinh viên hoặc sinh viên đã tốt nghiệp Cử nhân Văn khoa, hiệu đính viên tiếng Việt, giáo viên, v.v.) sẽ được ưu tiên.
