We are currently looking for a Technology Lead – Senior Digital Analyst (working remotely or in our Zurich Office).
In this role you’ll be responsible for the technical expertise of our digital analysts, in the areas of data strategy, tracking implementation, web and app analytics, data visualization, and digital marketing compliance.
You’ll take care of the development of the team’s skills, toolsets and processes in an evolving digital landscape, and to empower them to the highest standards of results.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll be an advocate for the importance of a data driven approach also considering data compliance.
- You will be responsible for the quality assurance of our analytics and compliance work.
- You will actively help develop and optimize our analytics and compliance services.
- You consult our clients regarding analytics and reporting strategies, including data privacy and compliance requirements for digital marketing.
- You’re happy to share your analytics knowledge and support your team.
Your Profile
- 3+ years hands-on experience in digital analytics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (incl. GA4), Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio and at least one additional Web Analytics Tool (e.g. Matomo, Piano Analytics etc.)
- Good skills in JavaScript.
- Ambition to drive yourself and the team to constantly develop, and be at the forefront of digital marketing analytics.
- Excellent communication in English, German is a plus.
- If you are familiar with the current situation around data privacy and cookies, that would be a plus.
