Responsibilities
- Build robust candidate pipelines for permanent and contract roles
- Working closely with the Matching team and Account Managers to understand open roles and help properly suggesting candidates to the clients' opened jobs
- Source passive candidates from multiple different channels e.g LinkedIn, Github, Indeed etc
- Tracking/reporting information regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders
- Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Ensure our ATS is properly updated and accurate
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
- Screen applicants for competency with the job requirements
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3+ Years of experience as a technical recruiting role at a growing company
- Familiarity with enterprise email marketing or marketing automation solutions
- Experience working in agency recruiting
