Position Summary
As the Technical Product Manager for Adobe Commerce Cloud, you will drive the partnership between Platform.sh and Adobe from a technical and operational perspective, and ensure the productization and tracking of the Adobe Commerce Cloud solution (previously known as Magento Commerce Cloud).
You will work collaboratively across all product, engineering, and customer facing teams to organize and communicate the partner requests, and understand and communicate our roadmap.
To be close to our partner, this position can be done from anywhere within the US.
What you can expect to do daily
- Manage remote engineering and operations teams, and ensure alignment of partner requests, internal roadmap items, and short-term goals.
- Lead calls and articulate the status of multiple concurrent projects for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Groom roadmaps, help define realistic goals and timeframes, schedule work, and manage projects through to completion.
- Lead partner Quarterly Business Reviews and facilitate discussion with technical teams and leadership.
- Constantly keep tickets and requests up to date and organized.
- Follow and define the software development cycles and processes.

- Familiar with the Magento framework and ecosystem

- Experience working remotely

About our recruitment process
We don’t expect a great hire to meet every requirement we have listed. If you can see yourself elevating the team we want to hear about your story. Few of us would be here had we not taken a chance.
You can expect 4-5 interviews on Google Meet. We leave the process fairly customizable to teams and roles, so in some scenarios we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Expect a higher number of rounds for director level roles and above.
Additionally, you can schedule coffee chats with potential future peers while you’re in the recruitment process to see if you can envision working together. Use interview and coffee time to make sure the company aligns with your best working environment.
