About the position:
Innovation Upstream is seeking a talented and motivated project coordinator who is experienced in coordinating large remote teams across multiple timezones
Our main projects are a crypto exchange platform and several De-Fi solutions, with other equally exciting solutions being developed by the team.
The role is currently remote and you can work from anywhere. You will be responsible for collaborating on projects with client development teams. You will be expected to manage various competing deadlines, and projects. Teamwork, problem-solving, accountability, and good communication skills are necessary.
What you will be doing:
- Working with lead developers to design sprints, set task deadlines, and assign tasks to technicians
- Writing SOPs and leveraging low-code tools to automate business operations as much as possible
- Assisting with common business processes such as scheduling, payroll, recruiting, etc
- Checking in with teams multiple times per week to ensure sprints are on time and there are no blockers or issues that need to be escalated
- Ensuring business processes are followed correctly by all team members
- Identifying gaps within the team and business processes and bringing them to the attention of leadership
- Running standups with lead developers to track progress and providing summary reports to leadership team
- Running retrospective meetings to "debug" the company when do not go according to plan
- Leveraging low-code tools to automate business processes as much as possible
- Owning documentation of business processes
- Assisting with the hiring process (posting jobs, doing screening interviews, etc)
- Working with lead developers to aid in the creation of system diagrams

- Strong attention to detail
- 2+ years of technical project coordination experience
