The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be charged with acquiring the best developers and senior teammates, globally. What You’ll Do
You’ll build and manage our overall talent acquisition machine and lead all recruiting end-to-end. You will get to develop and iterate on building the talent function the way you want, but with guidance and support from our HR Director. Since we’re remote first, you will get to hire globally.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process from inception of candidate contact to on-boarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience,, and partnering with HR for successful on-boarding and communicating status to all stakeholders along the way.
- Partner with organizational leaders to define, design, and implement recruiting strategies as well as understand and map the talent landscape.
- Own the candidate experience and ensure it is differentiated and consistent with company culture throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
- Promote employment brand awareness, diversity, and inclusion, and position Rebilly as a workplace of choice.
- Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent;track the recruiting funnel continuously and report on progress
- Identify process improvement opportunities and champion streamlined practices, workflows, and metrics.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding hiring and initial employment.
Who You Are

You have built talent acquisition strategies, operations, and systems;now you want to do it better and do it globally. You have a mindset of continuous improvement, sales acumen, and hustle that allows you to solve problems and get things done.
- BA/BS and at least 2 years experience in a recruiting role with technical and executive recruiting experience.
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience building a variety of recruiting tools, sources, and strategies, including experience leveraging social media and various technology platforms in the recruiting and hiring processes.
- Excellent communication skills - you know how to sell our mission, product, and employee value proposition.
- Ability to present talent acquisition stats, facts, and recommendations effectively in oral and written form.
- Ability to ensure a diverse candidate flow – must understand, reinforce and support an environment of inclusion.
