We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support our rapid growth specifically in the Revenue area of the business.
dbt Labs is a remote-first company with a globally distributed team. This role is open to folks based anywhere in the United States.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Be a strategic partner with our amazing sales, solutions architecture and partnerships leaders to build a world-class revenue team
- Work with G&A, customer success and marketing teams as needed
- Creatively identify, source and interview a diverse pipeline of candidates
- Manage the hiring process end-to-end
- Advise leadership and hiring managers on hiring decisions
- Execute a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end, ensuring candidate expectations are set regarding interview process, role expectations, and dbt Labs values and culture
- Collaborate with the People Operations team on initiatives, including diversity, equity and inclusion, onboarding and employer branding
You are a good fit if you bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting with a minimum of 1 year focusing on multiple levels of sales-focused roles
- Proven results delivering passive candidates, especially in areas such as technical sales and solutions architecture or sales engineering
- Strong organizational and project management skills;ability to prioritize multiple tasks and open roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with an ATS
You'll have an edge if you have:
- Experience using Lever
- Experience within a high-growth, venture backed tech company
- Experience in a remote-first organization
- SaaS industry experience
Compensation &Benefits
- Salary: $95,000 - $115,000
- Equity
- Benefits: Unlimited vacation (and yes we use it!), 401k w/ 3% guaranteed contribution, home office stipend of $1500 the first year and $400 in subsequent years, excellent healthcare, and paid parental leave
