ABOUT WEBPUNCH 
This is an exciting time at WebPunch. We are launching a new product line called PunchBoard that compliments our primary product offering. PunchBoard is a SaaS product aimed at enhancing customer engagement and generating more online reviews for businesses by incentivizing employee involvement.

FUNCTIONALITY LOOKING FOR:
You'll have dedicated support from our team, ensuring timely responses to all emails within two hours during our regular working hours in Mountain Standard Time (MST). Additionally, we propose setting up a shared Slack channel for seamless communication between our teams.

We have two main functions that we require assistance with:

Function #1 
For each business subscribing to PunchBoard, there will be a fixed monthly fee of $49.50, billed monthly. Billing will commence upon signup. We will need provisions for account pausing or cancellation, especially for seasonal businesses. All credit card processing will be done via Stripe. We also seek guidance on industry best practices for communication in case of declined charges. Furthermore, we anticipate the need to pass certain action results back into WebPunch.

Etc

We will need notifications back to us for successful or declined charges. 

After we launch, we would like the ability to add promotions or discounts (1 month free, discounts, billed annually discounts (if possible), etc. 

Function #2 
PunchBoard allows business owners to assign a monetary value to an online review. If an employee helps generate the review, they would get this money to shop on our “Kudos Swag Shop.” When a review is assigned to a user, we would need to charge the business owner. We will be creating an API that will let you know when to charge a business and how much to charge them once a review has been assigned.

- Prompt email responses within a 24-hour timeframe
- Provision of a project schedule with weekly deadlines
- Dedication to meeting project deadlines and excellent communication skills from the Stripe Integration partner
