Bringing Technology to life
As a Staff Software Architect, you will be responsible for designing highly complex modules, critical components or a whole application/product. You will be seen as a technical expert for design and development. You will develop a roadmap for architecture, scalability, availability and performance for integrating multiple systems.
As a Staff Software Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Providing expertise in Design, Architecture, Development, Continuous Integration and Delivery to ensure constant innovation
- Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
- Leading impact assessments and decisions related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations and implementation strategy
- Aligning solutions to meet market needs based on in-depth knowledge of customers industry and technology
- Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate
- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
- Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of relevant experience
- Be able to build value proposition with total customer focus
- Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
- Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
- Hands-on experience with leading technology stack like Java/.Net
- Hands-on experience with front-end technology stack like Angular, React
- Hands-on experience with development of REST services, using Spring Boot/Node JS/ .Net technologies
- Hands-on experience with database design and optimization using databases like Postgre SQL or My SQL or any other leading DB
- Experience in designing and deploying cloud agnostic application (deployed on public/private cloud or on-premise servers) would be an added advantage
- Experience in designing and deploying cloud agnostic application (deployed on public/private cloud or on-premises servers) would be an added advantage
- Has worked on 3+ project from inception to production, deployed in cloud (AWS/Azure/private)
- Have experience with IOT based application
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate
