Sr. Software Engineer - Leading SaaS Provider of Casting &Audition Management - remote

Position: Sr. or Principal Software Engineer
HQ: Los Angeles, CA but this is a REMOTE opportunity - anywhere in the U.S or Canada
Base Salary: $140k - $190k (dependent on level of experience &work location) + 10% annual bonus + 401k match

Ideal experience:

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails (current platform) and Node.js (re-architected platform)
• Understanding of MySQL databases and data structures and Active Record
• Experience with React or Vue.js
• Experienced with development using Docker containers
• 3+ years in working with AWS services such as ElasticSearch, Redis, Mongo, Memcached, and Cloudfront
• Comfortable working with DevOps methodologies with a focus on test driven development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Open mindset to receive constructive feedback and turning it into process improvements
