As a Sr. Product Designer at Mondo Robot, you are helping drive the design process as both a thought leader and design production contributor. You are the primary designer who owns all daily design activities on your assigned projects. You must have distinguished yourself across all parts of the design process.
Be good at… –Solving complex product design problems that result in best-in-class UX solutions –Revealing the true user problem;core unmet user needs and generating grounded solutions that tie back to those needs –Demonstrating the ability to synthesize and present findings and articulate design rationale –Creating user flows, wireframes, visual design, and prototypes –Vetting your solutions through peer feedback, user testing, and focus groups –Creating and managing complex design systems –Voicing your opinion on style and aesthetic, while defending design decisions –Creating and managing assets, typography, logos and icons for multiple platforms –Participating as a leader on any given project or team –Working in a highly collaborative environment where people share work daily –Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills –Having a top-notch portfolio that reflects strengths in conceptual thinking, UX, and visual design
You have experience with… –Analyzing and organizing complex structures –Current and emerging technologies –Self-motivation, disciplined and deadline driven –Figma / Sketch / Invision / CS Suite
Bonus territory –A familiarity with agile software development process. –Basic working knowledge of HTML / CSS / JS
This position requires at least 5+ years experience as a product designer, preferably in a product company or agency environment.
