Role:
Work directly with our clients to help their businesses grow and achieve success by developing and leading marketing strategies. As a Marketing Strategist, you will help grow our clients’ businesses by setting goals and then creating a roadmap to achieve them. You will then work with various departments to achieve results and prove ROI. This role will allow you to make a real difference for our clients. 

Responsibilities:
  • Fully understand our clients’ industry, personas, goals, and mission.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with our clients and team to work together and achieve goals.
  • Daily work will include - leading the discovery process, including buyer persona development, customer journey mapping and optimization, creating conversion paths, and marketing campaigns. It may also include budgeting and ad-spend recommendations, content gap analysis, competitive research, lead scoring, and more.
  • Present results and prove ROI through insightful reports and suggest improvements.
  • Help clients simplify their marketing and sales stack and processes.
  • Advise our clients on how to get the most out of HubSpot and ensure all Hubs are functioning correctly.
  • Help grow Unlimited Tech Solutions’ brand by developing strategies and sharing your ideas.

Requirements: 
  • 6+ years experience in a leading strategic marketing role as a CMO, VP, or other senior position at a large company or agency, with substantial knowledge of social media, SEO, paid media, etc. 
  • In-depth HubSpot knowledge and experience preferred. In absence of HubSpot knowledge, must have Salesforce, Marketo, or a similar marketing automation platform.  
  • Accountable, mature, responsible, organized and delivers on promises
  • Strong client management skills with an assertive yet empathic presence
  • Curiosity and a passion for continuously growing as a person and in your career
  • An innovative problem-solver with the ability to work both strategically and tactically
  • Emotionally self-regulate even during times of pressure to be present for the team and our clients.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and prioritizing shifting deadlines
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with the passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative marketing, commitment to continuous improvement, critical thinking, reliance on facts (not just data), thoughtful risk-taking, and rolling up your sleeves to get it done.

  • Experience working remotely is a must. Experience working with a global team is a plus. 
  • Since most of our clients are US-based (mostly EST), most of our work is done during EST mornings/early afternoons.
