Backstory
We're a marketing software company that serves small business owners, primarily financial advisors and insurance agents. About 25,000 small businesses use our tools and send out our content. Generally, these businesses don't have marketing departments, but are growth-minded enough to know they need to market themselves. Our software helps them do just that. We automate email and social campaigns to drive traffic back to their websites, helping them build better relationships with their customers with less hands-on effort.
The Role
We are hiring a SQL Developer DBA to join our growing team. We are primarily a Microsoft stack;Windows servers, MSSQL, SSIS, SSRS, .NET applications and are running our platform in AWS. This team member would work alongside our platform engineering teams to develop, test, deliver, and maintain data systems across all environments as part of our growing SaaS platform. The goal of the position is to lead our database development and data center optimizations while keeping up with the day to day maintenance of the systems as we continue to grow. Your primary focus will be ensuring that our AWS environment is running at peak optimization and secondarily helping to lead our development staff with best practices and database code reviewing.
This position will report through our Duluth, MN DevOps team but is remote-friendly.
