This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing start-up and grow into a global marketing leadership role, whilst immersing yourself in tech, music, and live events. SEO is one of the fastest growing channels at Tixel and we’re now at a critical moment in taking the business to scale as we disrupt a huge market for the better.

What will you do?
  • Identify SEO opportunities to grow traffic and engagement in line with business success metrics
  • Own and develop the framework and execution of how the product-led SEO motion directly contributes to the core business, including reporting on the overall performance of SEO over time and drawing actionable insights to further improve growth
  • Collaborate with internal Development teams to ensure we adhere to due-diligence processes and SEO best practice
  • Conduct keyword research to plan content that drives organic traffic to our website and attracts new customers 
  • Track performance of the articles and pages you publish and communicate key insights and obstacles to the team and broader company
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
      
Skills and Experience:
  • You can point to the direct impact that you have had on a company’s SEO strategy, with solid experience owning and leading SEO.
  • Full-stack SEO, with a deep understanding of both the content as well as the technical, platform driven side, being well-versed in scaling and setting up both for growth.
  • You possess keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.
  • You can work independently and take a full ownership of your projects
  • You’re highly organised and great at time management
  • Deep experience with keyword tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Moz)
