We’re growing our team of passionate people who are reimagining the future of work. We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join our Brand Design team. You'll join 5 other designers, and will work closely with our Product, Research, Engineering, and Community teams to drive forward landing pages, microsites, launch videos, and other brand-related projects that convey the value of a platform built for independents.

- Design and drive forward compelling marketing landing pages in Figma, collaborating closely with Engineering to ensure high quality implementation
- Provide art direction and design support for quarterly launch videos, collaborating closely with our animation team
- Provide art direction for external partner (freelancer &agency) brand projects, including:
- Illustration, iconography, and 3d renders
- Content marketing landing pages and microsites
- Grow, maintain, and ensure consistency with our brand design guidelines
- Continue to elevate Contra's design quality and execution
- Mentor more junior designers with thoughtful feedback and guidance
- Bonus: an interest in 3d and motion design

- Deliver transparent, honest, and direct feedback to your peers on an early-stage product

- Are located in a timezone within 3 hours of San Francisco
- Are fluent in verbal and written English
