We are a fast-paced healthcare startup, revolutionizing the Swiss home care market. We strongly believe that an intuitive and consistent design is central to the success of our products and to user’s satisfaction.
We are looking for a motivated, easy-going and collaborative UX/UI designer to be part of our design team. Your role will be key in translating complex requirements into intuitive user experiences across web and mobile for projects in the healthcare IT sector.
You will be working mainly in Figma, closely collaborating with the rest of the design team to create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity visuals, prototypes and all kinds of assets or specs that could be needed to ensure the quality of the final design. You’ll also be in direct contact with the engineering team to ensure that design decisions are clearly communicated and translated into the frontend specifications.
Collaboration is key for us: we are looking for someone who will be able to discuss different design approaches and concepts and will strive for the best possible solution, not the easiest one.
