The Role
- Analyze data to look at trends and find problems
- Ensure that company policies are followed
- Optimize business workflows
- Create new company policies and processes
- Reduce costs in both physical manufacturing and cloud server operations
- Monitor employee production and satisfaction
- Help the executive team set and track KIP’s for team and individual goals
Qualifications for Director Of Operations
- Masters in Supply Chain or MBA
- 10+ years of work experience in relevant industries
- Experience with software development processes
- Experience with cloud and IT processes
- Experience managing people and teams
- Ability to negotiate
- Ability to analyze a business process and find risks
- Results driven and ability to communicate
- Experience working in the software industry and with ISO compliance
- Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency
- Great planning and project management skills
- Extremely intelligent, high energy and naturally curious
