About you:
- You have proven experience in software development
- You have experience with some of our key technologies: Ruby on Rails, Postgres, Redis, GraphQL, API Integrations.
- You are flexible and creative, you love to come up with novel ways to solve problems and work through constraints.
- You have a focus on quality, testing, system design and building iteratively.
- You have great communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- You have a “Can Do” attitude and a desire to learn new skills.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience working with crypto or financial companies.
- Experience working with Kafka
What you will do:
- Leading projects –Planning, scoping, executing, and working with your product partner and manager to communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Thinking about the future –Help us design our newest features, shape our client experiences, and build a sustainable and performant architecture.
- Building with quality –Think about the big picture! Help us improve our client experience, error rates, application performance, and developer velocity through a focus on iterative improvement.
- Helping set best practices –Help us figure out how to build better, more reliable software!
- Mentoring others –Support and grow other developers within your team and get support on your own career journey!
