As the SEO specialist, you will own all SEO performance for our websites. You will be responsible for the planning, optimization, and reporting across multiple on-site and off-site SEO initiatives. You will assist in planning and developing monthly and quarterly targets from organic search and content marketing.

As the SEO specialist, you will own all SEO performance for our websites. You will be responsible for the planning, optimization, and reporting across multiple on-site and off-site SEO initiatives. You will assist in planning and developing monthly and quarterly targets from organic search and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics including indexation, link growth, rankings, traffic, and conversion
- Troubleshooting challenges like organic traffic declines, search console errors, and other SEO risks as they surface
- SEO audits, recommendations, and execution;
- Advanced website analysis: site speed, CDNs, cookies, CMS plugins, site architectures, crawlability, accessibility, etc.
- Plan, prioritize, and execute SEO campaigns with content marketing, social, and web development teams to deliver quantifiable results
- Work with the internal web development team (and/or external teams) to improve On-page technical SEO and drive traffic
- Lead A/B testing and optimizing processes to conduct SEO experiments to achieve breakthrough traffic and lead growth at both site-level and keyword-level
- Develop and execute link development processes and campaigns with internal and external resources
- Research and monitor competitor activity and search market industry trends to gain competitive advantage and innovate new strategies
- Collaborate with paid media and product marketing teams to identify growth areas in branded and non-brand search
- Keep track of Google’s algorithm updates and penalties, On-page SEO and technical (site crawlability)
- Assist other closely related disciplines such as web/mobile site redesigns, UX, conversion rate optimization etc

Job requirements
- 3+ years managing SEO with a proven track record of results for agencies or inhouse SEO
- Proven track record of critical thinking, rigorous testing, and macro-level optimization to break through traffic plateaus
- Proven record in and applied knowledge of scalable and non-scalable link building tactics and techniques
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Data Studio, Power BI, and other common reporting platforms
- Expert understanding of SEO tools including AHRefs, SEMRush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Deepcrawl, Google Search Console, and others
- Fluent in content and SEO best practices including but not limited to Core Web Vitals, accessibility etc
- Experience with video and podcast SEO for YouTube, Wisita etc.
- SaaS/Tech industry experience is an asset
