ICT Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in our development process, coordinating product development across teams and bringing new features to life. You’ll coordinate milestones, remove roadblocks and ensure teams have what they need to be successful. If you’re organised, excited to work across teams, and looking for an impactful role working on a fun product, we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do

• Create and manage the software development lifecycle for product development, from planning and development all the way through launch.
• Work across Engineering, Design and Product to keep development in sync with launch timelines, flag risks and work through unknowns.
• Partner with our leadership team, including our VP of Eng, CTO and CEO to understand the roadmap and manage priorities across the team.
• Coordinate with Marketing to make sure they are prepared for feature releases.
• Organize and manage task management and bug tracking workflows.
• Lead weekly syncs on Product Development.
• Work with QA to triage bugs and prioritize against our backlog.

• You have previous experience as a Project Manager for software development teams
• You have successfully managed product launches for software products from kick-off to release
• You are passionate about consumer products and understanding the user experience
• You are organized and thrive on efficiency
• You have strong communication and teamwork skills
• You are excited about working across the company, coordinating multiple teams and projects
• You enjoy working in a fast paced environment and remain flexible in the face of uncertainty
• You understand the overhead of meetings and processes, and look to reduce those without sacrificing efficiency
• You have a high bar for getting things right
• You believe there is always more to learn and are eager to grow as an individual
• Bonus: You have some experience as a Product Manager
• Bonus: You have experience with Confluence and (tools similar to) YouTrack
