This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. Once we can safely travel, you may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or offsites.

What you’ll get to do...

  • Develop and successfully conduct an organic growth strategy for GoDaddy Studio to start and lead campaigns to budget and report out on important metrics
  • Drive balanced mobile app user acquisition via a multi-channel marketing strategy, including social, community and other organic motions
  • Use data to continuously optimise campaigns across relevant dimensions
  • Use insights and data to craft and complete growth experiments where makes sense
  • Work across departments with creative and product teams to develop strong strategic direction, collateral, designs, and user journeys
  • Research and implement greenfield testing into new app install social platforms to expand market reach
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across programs and channels using mobile attribution tools

Your experience should include...

  • Validated experience in scaling organic mobile user growth and engagement
  • Strong familiarity with iOS and Google Play app store environments
  • Experience handling mobile app user growth, with focus on subscription models and sustainable revenue growth
  • Social Media Strategy and Execution Experience across multiple platforms
  • Experience setting up, managing, and scaling app channels, such as TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, mobile ad networks, etc.
  • Understanding of mobile measurement tools such as Singular, Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Localytics, Tune, etc. 
  • Experience reliably handling marketing budgets across multiple digital/media channels and global markets
  • Self-starting, thrives in semi-autonomous environment with high, self-imposed expectations for performance
  • Passion for technology, social media, and community building
  • Growth-minded - continuously pushing frontiers with a steadfast appetite for learning and adaptation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive demeanour, with the ability to work closely with engineering, design, business planning, marketing, and customer service
  • Able to ingest data and translate to useful insights and desire to work courageously with an understanding of how to assess risk and make impactful decisions
