We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to become an integral part of our team! Preferred job location is Charlotte, North Carolina;remote work is possible. Salary commensurate with experience. Specific requirements include:
- 4+ years of industry experience in software engineering
- Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and WebSockets
- Experience shipping one or more iOS/iPadOS/tvOS applications
- Expert-level knowledge of video streaming protocols (e.g. WebRTC, HLS)
- Evidence of exposure to architectural patterns and scalability (e.g. well-designed APIs, object-oriented design)
- Expert-level mastery of Objective-C
- Experience with Swift
- Ability to work autonomously on a distributed team
- Personal projects that show an aptitude and passion for engineering and product sense
- Willingness to learn quickly and give and receive constructive feedback
- Based in and authorized to work in the United States
Bonus:
- Familiarity with Apple Music APIs
- Computer science education (B.S. or M.S.)
