Most important:
- Solid experience as a data analyst, data engineer or software engineer.
- Solid experience with mastery SQL and query optimization experience.
- Experience of using DBT in production cloud data warehouse environment, Snowflake or BigQuery preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgement and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.
- Deep understanding of best practices around marketing, e-commerce and subscription retention KPIs, and how to use them to guide a business.
- Highly skilled in SQL, templating languages (such as Jinja), and manipulating multiple data formats (CSV, XML, JSON), Software engineering experience with hands-on experience automating tasks with scripting (Python would be perfect).
- Experienced with API data integration analysis and data preparation.
- Experienced with ELT processes to transform data in data warehouse, set up and schedule jobs, such as DBT, Python, Airflow.
- High end problem solving skills
