BabyPage, Senior Android Developer, Full-time, RemoteBabyPage Inc., a rapidly growing investor-backed startup, is seeking an experienced Android Developer to build, deploy and manage Android apps in house. We value our team at BabyPage tremendously, and we take pride in working with great people. This role and the entire BabyPage team are full time remote.

Responsibilities will include: 
  • Build a world class Android app from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with our product and marketing team to implement features that deliver a premium mobile experience for our customers.
  • Maintain and update our Android app once released. 
  • Work with internal and external data sources and APIs.
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience building mobile applications, preferably in the consumer space. 
  • Experience and expertise in building, supporting, and releasing Android apps using Java, Kotlin or React Native.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator;ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience building applications and services in the cloud, especially AWS.
  • Experience deploying applications in the Google Play Store.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or similar field.

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:
  • Full stack developer experience.
  • Experience working with startups.
  • Experience with database technologies such as MySQL.
