Salesforce / CTI Administrator - remote

Financial Services Client looking for a CTI Administrator with Salesforce experience. This will be a Product Owner / Administration type role owning this platform within the Salesforce team.

They are migrating from Five9 to RingCentral and looking for someone to help their teams through this transition and create a true center of excellence in regards to their call centers and customer interaction teams.

6 months contract to hire role. Applicants must be authorized to work in United States without sponsorship requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Service / Contact Center applications and software such as dialers (ex: Five9/RingCentral) and chat;etc.
  • Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) experience
  • Experience in implementation, training and documentation
  • Experience working on IVR, campaigns, in-bound calls, do-not-call lists, etc.
  • Keen eye for detail and analytic skills with the ability to manage many moving parts and details at once
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve job-related issues
