OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our database and leading integrations with other digital platforms (Salesforce and non-Salesforce).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain CRM by collaborating cross-functionally to determine requirements and developing and maintaining solutions over time
  • Lead &manage the integration process with other enterprise systems including My Trailhead, Experience Cloud, and country operations onto Salesforce platform
  • Provide maintenance and support of CRM to ensure proper data integrity
  • Integrate Salesforce with other third-party solutions in collaboration with Digital Product Manager
  • Manage staff accounts (Global and Country) and user permissions
  • Identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the database to support additional business processes or functions
  • Keep informed of new Salesforce features, releases and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
  • Deliver training resources and support to global and country staff and business users to improve adoption rates across our network
  • Manage the advanced aspects of Salesforce including custom objects, users’ profiles &roles
  • Develop and maintain automation with custom workflows and process builder
  • Assist in development of dashboards and reports
  • Create efficient case workflow and oversee ticket sources and prompt resolutions
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Salesforce development preferred or combined Salesforce and customer relationship management
  • Salesforce certification strongly preferred
  • Proficient in writing SQL Server Queries
  • Prior experience with Tableau strongly preferred
