As a Salesforce Administrator at Daxko, you are responsible for the overall functionality of Salesforce. You will have the big responsibility of providing daily maintenance, gathering business requirements and creating solutions, providing end-user support, and creating clear, concise documentation.

The Salesforce Administrator reports to the Business Systems Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage management
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows, and approvals
  • Create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard, and custom fields.
  • Work with end-users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation, and support as necessary.
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports, and report training.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed.
  • Continuously improve skills and training using Trailhead and other knowledge-sharing services
  • Establish and implement best practices: system maintenance, security, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, backups, etc.
  • Maintain systems integrations to promote best practices and seamless processes for all customer-facing teams

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Two (2+) years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • One (1+) years of Salesforce CPQ experience
  • One (1+) years of Conga CLM experience
  • Operational experience in medium to large company structure
  • Salesforce Certification Required (Administrator)
  • Experience with Customer Portals and associated license types (high-volume portal licenses, etc.)
  • Experience and understanding configuring and maintaining APIs and other system integration tools

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Two (2+) years of Operational Experience in medium to large company structure
  • Advanced Administrator certification a plus
  • Project management experience (PMP certification) 
  • Two (2+) years of Salesforce CPQ experience
  • One (1+) years of Conga CLM experience
  • One (1+) years of TaskRay experience
