Central Mining is a global leader in the crypto mining industry. We are looking for a sales rep to be a part of the crypto revolution. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, we are a profitable, fast growing company that works fully virtual and remote.
What you will do
- Outbound calls to inbound leads: You’ll own the process of reaching out to qualified leads who have entered our funnel. You’ll own both ‘opening’ and ‘closing’ the leads, building trust to establish a long term customer relationship.
- Handle inbound: You’ll own all inbound from potential leads. You’ll be comfortable closing leads who have scheduled calls, and you’ll stay on top of all inbound messages from leads via email, love chat, zoom calls etc..
- Nurture your pipeline: You’ll own your sales pipeline. You’ll follow-up diligently after calls, loop round on SMS to leads who haven’t yet closed, and handle customer objections gracefully. You’ll tightly prioritize across your pipeline.
Need to have
- Location: Live in the US and work normal business hours.
- Experience: you have 2+ years working in phone sales.
- Infrastructure: Previous or current experience with a CRM like Hubspot and success executing complex sales process, i.e. documenting deal development
- Pipeline: you’re organized so you can stay on top of a complex pipeline of interested fellas.
- Theory: you’re well versed in sales theory. You’re comfortable transitioning between different techniques based on the customer type &objection.
- Closing: you know when and how to turn a potential fella into a paying fella, moving quickly but carefully. You’ll know when to prioritize a lead and when to let them go.
- Language: you speak English fluently.
