The Sales Coordinator
Cro Metrics is searching for a motivated self-starter who will help meet the growing demands of our business development team and improve efficiencies as client volume increases. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and supporting efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals. In addition, this individual will coordinate, communicate, and process sales-related correspondence and contracts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Understand the sales process, key deliverables, pipeline, sales targets, and sales stage
- Coordinate and process key sales documentation including pricing documents, contracts, and other paperwork
- Research and prepare, reports and presentations for prospect calls and in-person meetings throughout the sales process
- Assist VP of Business Development while understanding deal life cycle, key milestones, and current bottlenecks within the open pipeline
- Manage CRM including contracts, renewals, pricing, and more
- Provide excellent internal/external customer service with follow up on all requests
- Identify opportunities to improve sales team efficiencies and best practices and implement once approved
Required Skills &Experience
- 2+ years of enterprise sales or marketing experience
- Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
- Motivated self-starter, able to work independently
- Available and responsive during West-coast business hours
- Superior communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet all deadlines
- Desire to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and remote environment
- Lifelong learner;growth mindset
- Passionate about using data to improve user experiences
- Love marketing strategy, but obsessed with the details on execution
