Your Role in Our Pack:



This is a full-time position in our Ankeny office for local candidates or U.S. remote for the right candidate.



As a Sales &Accounts Coordinator, you will be working alongside other pack members and independently on a variety of projects and initiatives that we have in place. You will lead B2B/Wholesale sales &account management efforts. You will also collaborate with our Marketing Pack to ensure marketing collateral captivates &resonates with Pet Parents® B2B Wholesale customers and supports you in achieving your sales goals. You will lead the execution and optimization of our B2B sales funnel, Email Marketing to potential B2B partners, Print Mail Campaigns, &collab on B2B marketing collateral. You will spearhead Trade Shows, print marketing strategy for B2B, B2B "Wowing", account management, account relations, optimizing B2B KPIs like AOV, Reorder rate, Conversion rate, Order Frequency &other targets. Your goal will be to introduce our kicka** products to more awesome pet stores across North America, so we can serve more pet parents and their furbabies throughout the US &Canada. You will also get your hands dirty in other aspects of our company. You will anticipate needs, be a clear and concise communicator, and help serve as a go-to resource and problem solver for potential and existing B2B pawtners, as well as our fellow pack members.

This role requires an uber-precise focus on organization, time management, sales process comprehension and execution, empathetic marketing, data analysis, prioritization, perseverance, patience, communication &problem-solving skills to help us advance different projects &create and grow relationships with pet stores and the pet parents and furbabies they serve.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role

· Minimum 3 years of experience in an account relations role
