RMG is a leader in Damage Restoration Marketing as an Agency providing marketing management and lead generation for Damage Restoration Contractors. 

RMG is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Inside Sales Rep / Appointment Setter. As a member of our growing team, you get to develop, build and manage your own pipeline. You are responsible for the ramping up sales process, from prospecting to appointment setting. This is a remote/work from home position.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • LinkedIn Management - Including outreach and follow ups
  • Email Management - Including CRM Automation initiation &response
  • List Management - Including list creation and Google Sheet editing
  • CRM Management - Including moving prospects through a pipeline for tracking and metrics
  • Prospect Outreach - Calling potential prospects, scheduling for Discovery Calls, and rescheduling (if necessary)
  • Prospect Management - Includes outreach, follow ups, and constant communication with all prospects
  • Sales Tracking Sheet Management - Check in with bookings, cancellations, re-schedules, and reporting relevant KPIs for company meetings

The Following Qualifications are Highly Considered in our final decision:

  • Prior Experience Prospecting on the telephone to business owners a plus
  • Have the confidence and demeanor of a business consultant
  • Prior Experience in a sales role and/or sales oriented environment a plus
  • Self-motivated &driven to succeed
  • The ability to "solution sell" a product or service &build rapport with prospects
  • The ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with decision makers &business owners
  • High energy, the ability to maintain a persistent mindset, enthusiasm, and is extremely goal oriented
  • A professional business manner &demeanor
  • The ability to organize and prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, especially telephone skills 
  • Strong internet connection required
  • Basic computer and internet skills;Google drive, Google Sheets, experience a plus &knowledge of Sales CRM Systems a plus
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in digital marketing a plus

Budget: $14-$20/hour pending experience plus performance bonus opportunities

Schedule: M-F 4-5 hours/day 

Typical Week:

  • Email Management
  • List Management
  • Prospecting : Including but not limited to email, calling, texting, and social media
  • Follow Up / Pipeline Management
  • Strategize ways to improve prospecting
