Locate2u is a Saas application based in Sydney, Australia. We currently have customers in Australia and NZ however plan to grow across the world this year.
We are looking to add a our 1st Support Specialist to our customer on-boarding team! As the first person to join the customer on-boarding team, you'll work with customers to answer their questions at this critical stage of our business.
You'll need to juggle many hats.
Most of your time will be spent guiding customers through learning and setting up our app and help identify &resolve issues they may be experiencing with using the application.

- Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.
- Ability to solve problems with ease.
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Ability to work in the Australian time zone
- Be self motivated, willing to learn fast and jump in the deep end
- Have some basic experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL
- Ideally worked in a software customer experience role
