We've built a successful marketing conglomerate made up of digital advertising, web3 projects, crypto communities and a media business that has rapidly grown over the past few months.
We're actively seeking a Project Manager (hopefully you!) to be our first full-time hire to spearhead day to day operations. This will be a very versatile role that also gives you the ability to push boundaries and innovate with us in the industry!
Lovely Perks About the Role...
- This is a fully remote role (woohoo!)
- You get to be your unapologetic self. No big corporate feel or unnecessary Zoom meetings every 30 minutes.
- Receive an allocated "Wellness Allowance" where we pay for things such as gym memberships and educational or health related resources to focus on you OUTSIDE of work.
- There's tremendous room for growth and performance based incentives outside of base pay
Responsibilities Would Include...
- Oversight of project development
- Executing day to day operational tasks and managing freelancers
- Finding new talent for us to hire freelancers, designers, devs, etc.
- Keeping tabs on our communities and socials
- Tackling exciting new initiatives for the business
- Setting up new softwares or tools
- Daily reports / status updates of our active project stack
- Admin tasks to keep day to day operations moving
- Writing up announcements for our communities
Our ideal candidate is someone who is...
- Capable of wearing multiple hats at once
- A fast learner
- Tech savvy and able to adapt to new softwares / tools
- Hard working and interested in growing within the company
- Capable of working flexible hours
- A strong communicator
- Familiar with NFTs and Web3 (Not 100% required but a big bonus!)
