We’re looking for an Operations Associate to help provide significant leverage to the Chief of Staff to ensure smooth, streamlined, and efficient operations company-wide. This role will provide you with a holistic view of our business through an operations lens and will have ample opportunities to grow your role as the company, team, and your interests evolve.

This is a 100% remote role. We're now a fully remote team of 65 (and growing!) based in the U.S., Colombia, Portugal, India, Argentina, Slovenia, and other countries. We have a preference for candidates in U.S. and European time zones.

Responsibilities
  • Build a deep understanding of Circle’s operations workflows and processes
  • Complete a broad variety of clerical / administrative duties including updating corporate documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and supporting compliance requests
  • Spearhead special projects as needed, including research projects, to support teams across the company (including product, operations, HR, and more)
  • Quickly and creatively solve new problems &building repeatable / scalable systems that addresses the issue for the long-term
  • Standardize and compile written documentation for internal purposes
  • Assist with new employee hiring &onboarding
  • Help plan company events including team bonding activities, company offsites, and more

Who we're looking for
  • 1-3 years in an operational, project management, or related field, ideally at a fast-growing company
  • Someone with strong multitasking skills and a no task is too small attitude
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-moving environment and prioritize projects amongst constantly changing deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders
  • Amazing written and verbal communication skills
  • Someone who is a relentless and creative problem solver who will get the job done no matter what
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and / or Google Suite
  • Nice to have: passion for people, team building, and culture
