We are a Coaching Company who specialize in women whose marriage is in crisis. We are looking for a second Practice Manager to support our Graduate Programs and our Sales/Coaching Team.

This role needs to be available to work in Eastern Timezone - and requires you to work 2 Sunday nights per month 7:00pm - 10:30pm and Tuesday nights 6:45pm-9:30pm. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to these shifts within your full time role.

Job Description
Sales Team Admin

  • Daytime Schedule Managing (Wufoo forms, Breakthrough Calls)
  • Assisting Sales Team with Client care ( Emails, Logins, Payments)
  • Managing Inbox for Missed Webinars, Rescheduling of Calls
  • Hiring administration for Sales Team (Managing Spreadsheets/Interviews/Email Communication)
  • Onboards new Sales Team Members
Client Care 8 week program Admin

Providing backup support for the Practice Manager assigned to this group of clients, including:

  • Facebook Moderating of Comments/Concerns
  • Facebook Scheduling (Wins, Distinctions, Homework Post)
  • Client Care/Messaging - Follow up
  • Updating Payments
  • Back up for the twice weekly Q&A calls Mondays/Thursdays (Q&A call prep)
  • Managing Coaching Call Reminders
  • Tech Support ( Kajabi, Zendesk, Zoom)
  • Skills Room Scheduling
  • Kajabi updates for new content
  • Zendesk for support questions
  • Scheduling Interviews/Editing and Scheduling Interviews
Client Care post Graduate Admin

  • Facebook Moderating/Introductions
  • Onboarding new clients (Automated)/ Offboarding (Manual)
  • Managing Spreadsheets for Graduate Programs (Start dates, Payment Dates)
  • Creates Calendars for both Graduate Programs
  • Facebook Scheduling (Wins, Distinctions, Homework Post, Events)
  • Coordination of Weekly Calls Training/Mindset
  • Lead administrator for Graduate Programs
  • Administration of Monthly Training Recordings for Graduate Groups
  • Kajabi Updates for Recordings/ Content Accessibility
  • Zendesk for support questions
Social Media Manager/Light Graphic Design

  • FB group moderation (comments/banning)
  • Scheduled post for WMMW (Graphic Design Work)
  • Podcast/ Youtube Managing with Active Campaign Emails
  • Moderating our 11k member Facebook Page Moderating (comments, banning)
You will also run:

  • Podcast/YouTube channel administration and uploading
  • Active Campaign email sequences
  • ZenDesk (client email support portal)
  • Creation of calendars each month for client groups and other graphics
  • Kajabi content uploads (i.e. video editing, file documentation and naming)
  • The Clinician scheduling calendar
  • Trello
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $3,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
