Experience in the following would be great, but since this is a mid-level frontend developer position, we are seeking a mutually good fit and long-term relationship!
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can write clean HTML with an eye towards CSS and JavaScript to enhance the user’s experience. While coding, you are mindful of important skills like accessibility, SEO, and speed. Experience working in platforms like WordPress, ExpressionEngine or other content management systems
- Has excellent attention to detail with an eye for solid UX and UI in design
- Can work with the team to accurately scope deliverables, estimate timelines, identify additional resources needed to successfully complete a project
- Is efficient and able to produce great work with minimal wasted effort
- Is able to discuss and think through the best ways of implementing frontend solutions
- Bonuses (but not required!)
- Experience with git version control and understanding of different deployment workflows
- Knowledge of CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Foundation)
- Basic understanding of build tools such as Gulp and Webpack
- Some experience with PHP

- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions to complex problems
- Have exceptional organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail
- Have great interpersonal and communication skills
- Be comfortable working within a team environment as well as independently
