TeamDynamix seeks a Marketing Technology Manager to own the full marketing tech stack to support web, digital, social, lead scoring, and marketing automation efforts.

The right candidate is capable of setting strategy, roadmap, and execution of tech to support website performance, paid advertising, SEO, marketing automation, lead routing and management, SFDC data management, and outbound transactional email programs.

Job duties

  • Web Performance &Optimization –own site performance &SEO strategy. Own the web platform &integrations with the website. Provide support for social platform, Edgar, &other social monitoring tools as program evolves. Own web conversion testing, site chat &integrated tools including site usability testing. 
  • Paid Search –manage analytics &performance around paid search including retargeting;work closely with lead of campaign management &digital content to review and optimize performance of paid search program. 
  • Marketing Automation –manage technical assembly of drip campaigns, behavioral scoring models &transactional emails including calendar, assembly, execution &tracking.  
  • Lead Management &Scoring – own the function of processing leads including those acquired via third party content syndication, events, &digital programs. Maintain scoring models &manage leads through the scoring process. 
  • Analytics / Data Management – own the efficient management of data through the lead process including managing the PARDOT to SFDC sync &data cleansing. Manage lists, suppression &GDPR guidelines. Manage monthly web stats &advise as to adjustments to structure, content &usability. 
  • Strategic Vision – lead the charge to stay on top of all technology &guide the team in terms of marketing tech decisions. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership &perspective for adoption where appropriate.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.  
  • Eight to ten years of related experience.
  • Experience with SEMRush, OptiMonk, HotJar, DemandBase, Chatbots, heat map tracking, Google Adwords, and PARDOT required. 

To stand out

  • Master’s degree in marketing or business administration.  
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation, SFDC, advanced use of Excel, WordPress, web administration and performance management.
  • Hubspot experience.
