Major Position Responsibilities
- Consolidation and management of candidate and client leads
- Identification of unstructured lead funnels, resulting in incomplete lead data
- Updating of taxonomy workflows
- Management of data mapping from external data sources into the CRM and preparation of data within the CRM to be sent to other systems via webhook or API
- Adding code snippets to existing workflows to accommodate new data permutations
- Marketing Automation
- Work with the Director of Marketing Technology to build flexible workflows that solve both current business challenges and offer opportunities to scale and pivot
- Familiarize self with existing automation and collaborate on new opportunities
- Work cross-departmentally to identify inefficiencies and opportunities that can be solved via leveraging data/functionality existing in HubSpot
- Operate as a member of the delivery team using the Agile Framework to turn enhancement requests into new efficiencies
- Building and testing new processes for lead acquisition and distribution
- Assist users with questions regarding software integrations connected to our CRM
- Business Software: Salesmsg, Ringcentral, Google Sheets, Zapier, Tray.io
- Proprietary: Gobi, Kamana
- Reporting – understanding of key properties of Triage’s workflow and assisting end-users with a generation of reports
Required Skills
- Must have experience administrating a CRM (HubSpot preferred)
- Must feel comfortable working with numbers and data
- Experience with business analytics platforms (Google Analytics, PowerBI, Sisense)
- Experience running digital marketing campaigns (performance-based, non-brand preferred)
- Familiarity with low-code automation/workflow tools (Zapier, Tray.io, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Salesforce, Power Automate)
- Basic knowledge of Node.js, APIs, and webhooks
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently to resolve work problems
- Self-starter motivated to take initiative to work towards excellence
Education and Experience
- Background/enrollment in a relevant field of study (Advertising, Marketing, Business, Data Science)
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Leadership, Organization &Communication
- Requires ongoing coordination, communication, and/or team problem solving between departments or functional areas for work production or service quality
- Effective communicator with a passion for relationship building. Upbeat, personable, timely, and tactful
- Excellent ability to convey thoughts, opinions, suggestions, questions, and answers in a professional manner
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
