Visa Sponsorship is not included in our hiring package. Applicants will need to be authorized to work in the U.S. and currently reside in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media channels
- Collaborate with creative contributors to optimize content to meet marketing goals.
- Partner with marketing and content developers to execute strategies for web, social, and digital communications
- Recommend and maintain online promotional channels (job boards, review sites, etc.)
- Manage marketing projects and assets
- Manage updates and enhancements to company websites.
- Analyze data to draw key recommendations for website optimization
- Use SEO/SEM/Digital promotion to drive the right traffic to the website
- Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Proficiency with content management systems
- Working knowledge of SEO techniques and practices
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Degree in marketing or communications preferred
- Experience executing marketing campaigns through multiple channels
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools
- Prior experience with demand generation
- Detail-oriented and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about providing value to clients and coworkers.
Where We Work
This full-time opportunity can be fully remote, or a hybrid role based in Atlanta, and may include some client travel (when safe and appropriate to do so) as well as occasional in-person Matchstic team meetings.
