FileCloud (an Austin, TX, USA based company) is looking for a Solutions Engineer based in Europe to help our customers understand what is possible with our products. This role is remote and will require working remotely with other team members.

We are currently expanding our team as we grow and improve FileCloud.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales executives to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Apply business knowledge and technical ability to create state-of-the-art solutions to help enterprises secure their sensitive data
- Design and implement prototypes and proof of concepts based on customer expectations, conceptualize the target architecture for client requests, and set the foundation for future client projects
- Demo the FileCloud product and expertly discuss the technical capabilities of the platform
- Assist with RFPs, InfoSec questionnaires and answer ad hoc questions from prospects
- Give in-depth technical advice around the FileCloud ecosystem and stay up to date with new releases and features
- Write Knowledge Base documents, update support documentation &white papers
Required Qualifications:
- Strong Experience with Linux Administration and troubleshooting is required
- Knowledge of different Linux distros including Ubuntu, Red Hat is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated and works with little or no supervision
- Genuinely passionate in helping others takes ownership and pride in their job
- Ability to work in U.S. Central Time zone
