- About 5 years of experience working in software development.
- Hands-on experience in leading a project delivery team.
- Ability to architect a software solution from ground up based on the customer needs.
- Strong technical skills in Java. Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset.
- Good social skills and team spirit.
- Desire to learn and challenge the status quo.
