- Coding our futuristic culturbook platform as a hands on developer, fronted &backend
- Working with your team &product owner to make sure the team, architecture &technologies are aligned with short term business goals &long term vision
As a developer:
- You’re familiar &skilled in our core technologies, with 5+ years full-stack experience
- You understand high-level architectural design
- You’re experienced with micro-services
- You’re experienced with design &delivery of products from conception through to testing &support
- You’ve advanced AWS experience &hopefully have DevOps experience
As a Leader:
- You’ve some formal experience leading &mentoring
- You ❤️ leading, coaching, mentoring &managing other developers
- You’re pretty skilled in running Agile practices &ceremonies
- You’re setup for remote work
- Results-focussed: we create an awesome experience, at pace
