Posted 4 years ago
Raisely powers online fundraising for ambitious organisations, to improve the well-being of people and planet. While technology gets us part of the way, we know that we have our greatest impact when we’re helping our customers do incredible things with our product.

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team. We want an experienced digital fundraiser with fantastic people skills who is ready to share their experience with organisations who fundraise on Raisely. If that sounds like you, we want to meet.

We want you to help our customers execute world-class fundraising campaigns that deliver outstanding results. You’ll be a trusted partner for Raisely’s key accounts. You’ll wear a few hats, from project manager, to fundraising consultant, to product expert. You’ll work closely with your key accounts right throughout their journey using Raisely, and champion them within our team.

We think this role is perfect for someone with experience in digital fundraising, who is eager to join a purpose-driven technology company.

This is a full-time, permanent role. Raisely is a remote company.

Role: Permanent, full-time (38hrs/week)
Location:
Remote (we’ll help you set up your home office!)
Timezone:
Australia/New Zealand

On a day-to-day basis you will:
  • Be the key point person for a large book of key customers, checking in with them regularly, and ensuring they are successful in how they use Raisely
  • Be a product expert, providing training, consultation and advice for new campaigns those customers are setting up on Raisely
  • Provide front-line strategic support to your customers, and escalating to the broader team when more specific expertise is required
  • Project manage the implementation and onboarding of new key accounts, with support from our broader onboarding team
  • Proactively check in with your customers, recommend improvements, evaluate campaigns, and keep customers looped in on Raisely’s roadmap
  • Develop case studies, references and best practices to benefit other organisations using Raisely
  • Improve anything. Your job description doesn’t end with these bullet points.

About you:
  • You are an excellent communicator. You know how to build lasting relationships and break down complex problems. Digital products come naturally to you, and you are good at explaining them to others.
  • You are an expert digital fundraiser. You’ve played an important role in successful digital fundraising campaigns. You understand what works, you know the tools people use, and the strategies people employ. You can guide people towards best practices, and speak from experience.
  • You’re analytical. Online products make sense to you. You are happy to throw away the manual and figure something out. You have experience with a wide range of software platforms. You know enough Google Analytics and digital marketing to help take campaigns beyond the basics.
  • You sweat on the details. You don’t drop the ball, and you can manage lots of competing priorities. You’re responsive, quick, and accurate. You can preempt what you need to do next.
  • You’re independent. You’re happy to self manage, and can identify when you need to bring in others.
  • You’re not comfortable with the status quo. You’re not in this for a quick dollar;you think the world needs to be better and that technology will get us there.

We need you to:

  • Have experience working on digital fundraising campaigns (some P2P experience would be great)
  • Have experience successfully managing complex projects and working across multiple stakeholders. Account management or project management experience is valued.
