About the Role

iCouch is changing mental health. We are looking for a full stack engineer to help build the next generation of our platform. We're a remote-first company that values maintainable, well-written code.

We care about tests. Continuous integration. Shipping frequently. We're friendly and opinionated and care deeply about getting it right. We care about books from Pragmatic, and appreciate the groundbreaking work from companies such as Thoughtbot, Pivotal as well as people like Martin Fowler, Obie Fernandez, and Tim Pope. We like Extreme Programming, but it's not a religion. We like Agile, but hate Scrum and all the heavy-handed process that goes with it. We are agile in the literal sense of the word -- we move fast, (but we don't break things!) If you've read the Agile Manifesto and believe it, then we want to talk. We are test first. We use tools like Pivotal Tracker, Slack, CodeClimate, Github.

We value autonomy. We want people that ask questions, seek a better way, and can focus on the details.  We want people that can see around corners, and anticipate challenges and opportunities.
