Who we’re looking for


As we continue to grow, we are looking for a unique person to fill a Junior Ops Assistant role to help our Director of Business Operations. You will essentially shadow the Director and help in execution of all aspects on the operations task list. This is an excellent role to learn all the ins and outs of a successfully growing SaaS technology company. You will be helping on cross functional projects in CS, Marketing, Sales, and general Business Operations. You will be asked to document processes, manage data, organize campaigns, report on efficiency and efficacy of programs and projects, just to name a few. Critical thinking and initiative are what will make you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities include

  • Attending meetings with the Operations Director, taking notes, and handling appropriate follow-up
  • Light project management
  • CRM data entry and management
  • Vendor research and review
  • General industry, persona, and best practice research and presentation
  • Report building and presentation
  • Marketings, Sales, and Customer Success Ops Support
  • Cross functional process documentation planning, writing, and organization

Must-haves

  • Extremely detail oriented, you LOVE getting the small things right
  • Above average time management skills, your life is run by your calendar
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Experience in remote virtual environments (Zoom, Slack, G-Drive, GoToMeeting, Teams, etc.)
  • CRM Experience (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Punctual. 5 minutes early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable
  • Self starter, seriously, you will be asked to learn a lot on your own and you will fail if you need constant direction
  • Excel/Google sheets experience is necessary, you don’t need to be a wizard but it can’t scare you
  • Previous sales, marketing or CS experience is a big plus
  • Project management software experience a plus (Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp, etc)
  • Located in the U.S. or Canada
