Required Skills:


·         This position is ideal for someone with 1+ years of sales experience who wants to continue to grow their career and earnings.


·         Demonstrated ability to cold-call and make a high volume of calls per day.


·         Ability to discern target clients who are not ready to close and moves on to the next call.


·         Shows a results-driven and competitive attitude, while also being a strong team player.


·         Takes a consultative approach to selling.


·         Uses company education-based opportunities to attract new clients. 


·         Ability to conduct research and incorporate key information into sales strategy.


·         Aptitude for learning and understanding of complex service offerings.


·         Individual and team growth-oriented attitude.


·         Must have some level of exposure to sales tax requirements, or other financial solutions.


·         Familiarity with the Challenger Sales Model is a plus.


Responsibilities:


·         Effectively use Sales AI to build a target list, along with leads passed on from the marketing team.


·         Communicate with prospects primarily via phone to qualify them for the company’s services.


·         Consistently achieve goals and quotas by making calls, educating prospects and closing new clients.


·         Keep all relevant info up-to-date within the CRM system.


·         Enthusiastically participate in early training/shadowing and 3X a week morning meetings.
