Surf Office is a European-based facilitator of productive, authentic, and effortless company retreats. Our clients include Google, Stripe, Invision, Automattic, and Shopify.

We are a young fast-growing startup disrupting a niche of the incentive travel market using proprietary technology.

We are an international team working remotely. You can work from anywhere and are looking to fill this role with candidates from both European and US time zones. We are looking for people who are self-organized and with strong work ethics.


What should you do?
  • You will be working inbound leads
  • Helping them to convert into customers
  • Using CRM and sales automation tools
  • Hitting targets

What do we expect from you?
  • This is not an entry-level role
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or running own startup
  • You know how to work independently (previous remote work experience needed)
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills + excellent spoken and written English
  • You are based in the European or US time zones
