Job Title: Human Resources Generalist Salary Range: $44,000 –$53,333 annual salary Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a variety of tasks related to the daily operations of the HR department. The focus for the HR Generalist role will be on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and compliance of our employees and (MXU) contractor positions. As we continue to expand and scale the organization, the daily responsibilities of the HR Generalist role may shift depending on the company needs.

HR Generalist Duties &Responsibilities

-Continually develop the MXU recruitment plan and calendar according to operations and budget projections -Source and recruit potential candidates -Conduct HR screens;collaborate with colleagues to facilitate interviews -Generate official internal documents such as offer letters and contract agreements -Support onboarding plans and the education of newly hired employees on company policies, internal procedures, and processes -Maintain and securely house sensitive employee and company documents -Support the evaluation of employee performance -Support the appraisal of pay scales and equity -Engage and correspond with the payroll administrator to maintain payroll updates and timely payments -Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop department strategic planning

HR Generalist Required Skills &Experience

-Experience with administrative tasks and responsibilities -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Strong empathy and interpersonal skills -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills -Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and HRIS systems -Analytically driven -Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking

HR Generalist Preferred Skills &Experience (nice-to-haves)

-Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or related field -PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification -1+ year(s) of HR, administrative, or operations work experience -1+ year(s) experience working in a remote environment -Knowledge of company equity and stock options -Knowledge of payroll, compliance, and benefits administration -Experience working in a global organization with international colleagues and stakeholders
